What does the Weight Loss Challenge include?
- 1/2 hour workout - 5 days per week - 3 weeks
- ½ hour nutrition & weight loss instruction - 1 per
week - 3 weeks

- Before and after pictures, as we want to record your

- Online menu plans, designed for you
- Weekly weigh-ins
- Unlimited support
Participation Requirements
- Must commit to the 21 days of workouts
- Must be
a minimum of 10lbs over weight
- Should have
a target outfit
