Nutrition 101

Welcome to Survivor's nutrition page full of information. If you have registered for one of our programs you will have a link in your confirmation email. This link provides you access to SBC's meal planning, nutritional guidance, a personal health analysis and vitamin support information to help you reach your lifestyle goals.

Our meal planner has over 10,000 hormonally, calorically and PH balanced meals. Our software customizes your own personal meal plan to your goals taking in to account your height, weight, dietary preferences (right down to gluten free, wheat free, dairy free etc.) and activity level at the click of a mouse, including an easy-to-print shopping list.

We provide a variety of nutritional solutions including weight loss programs, maintenance programs, personalized meal plans and a food tracker. Our program was designed by the well known Dr. Joey Shulman, a top nutritionist.

For the general public at large we have developed a couple of sample eating plans and guides to complement your exercise program.  These are available for download below. Please note that these are based on the Canada Food Guide and that you should contact your physician before you start any new eating regime.
