collect personally identifiable information. This includes names,
postal addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, etc., when
voluntarily submitted by our website visitors. Any information provided
is used to fulfill the specific request of our clients/visitors. This
information is only used to fulfill a specific request, unless we are
granted permission to use it in another manner.
Cookie/Tracking Technology The
Site may use cookie and tracking technology depending on the features
offered. Cookie and tracking technology are useful for gathering
information such as browser type and operating system, tracking the
number of visitors to the Site, and understanding how visitors use the

Refund
Policy
Survivor Bootcamp does not provide cash refunds. However, if you
miss classes and you make PRIOR arrangements, you will be allowed to
make up the class(es) within your session. In the event you are not able to complete the
program due to a medical condition, you will be given a credit for the
remainder of the class(es) to use once you are healthy.
Reservation
Policy Should you decide, in advance of the
start date, to cancel your registration in a program, a $50.00
cancellation fee will be charged/applied. Should you not attend the
first class of the registered and scheduled session, you will be charged
the full session rate.
Pet Policy
Survivor Bootcamp requests that clients don't bring their pets with
them to class. This is as a courtesy to your fellow class mates who may
have allergies, have a fear of animals or who don't want to be
distracted from their workout. We appreciate your cooperation.
We
reserve the right to make changes to this policy without notice. Any
changes to this policy will be posted immediately to our website. |
