I have tried every diet out there and nothing had worked for me. Over the years, diets and 3 pregnancies I had gained and lost. It was horrible! After the birth of my last daughter I was 192 pounds. I had to do something about it. I had slowly started to lose and after 23lbs on my own I felt that I was ready to start working out. Some of the mom's and I at school decided to try Survivor Bootcamp. I thought ok Iw ill give it a month on a part-time. Instanty I loved boot camp everone needs to join! Our trainer Chris was awsome, we were outside, I was done my workout by 7am and by the end of the first month I had lost 3 inches and a huge improvement on my fit test. I was happy! Little did I know 2 years later I would have lost 23 inches, and now weigth 130lbs. I am running my first 1/2 marathon in May and have been certified as a trainer for Survivor. I am now in the very best shape of my life EVER! Now that I am a trainer I start with my love to encourage others to make that same commitment to themselves and truly GO FOR IT! See the results you can achieve. If I can do it, anyone can! |

I enrolled in February 2009 for the part-time session. I recently had my second child and wanted to get fit again before I returned to work and the fast paced reality of my life. All of my life I have been involved in high intensity athletics and teams of many different types, but when I had kids and tried to balance the new challenges that came along with this I found that I did not take the time for myself anymore. Survivor bootcamp sounded like a match for what I was looking for. Only one hour a day, and several time slots made it easy to find the time to attend. After the first session I lost 10 lbs and 10 inches. Of course I re-registered and lost another 10 lbs and 9 inches. Now I am almost back at my pre-children self and would like to share this success with anyone who will listen. If your looking for variety, flexibility and just a great work out, Survivor Bootcamp and its instructors is the way to go. -Kristine, Surrey, BC. |

What a great experience Dale and I had at Survivor Bootcamp. Although
we are both fairly motivated to work out regularly this added some
variety to our routine as well as being loads of fun. Our instructor
Cherie was a great coach with the knowledge to train us properly and of
course push us a little harder. Just 10 more - right Liz and Phil?
Working out at 6am by the water - what could be better than that? The
people in our group were fantastic. This is a great way to kick start a
new exercise routine. We highly recommend it! Dale and Jan, Port Moody, BC. |

I'd always wanted to do a boot camp, but had never had much success
in finding a good program. My fiance and I signed up for what we now
refer to as the 'crazy people's program' I pushed myself to my limits
and when I couldn't push anymore my trainer was there to push me
further!
I've lost a total of 23 pounds, a combined total of 9 inches and
I've brought something I love back into my life. Boot camp has inspired

Throughout the 6 weeks I noticed a big difference in every exercise I did, I could run further and faster, I could do more reps of everything from push ups and sit ups. I looked forward to going to each class and chatting with the wonderful people I meet and exercising with them, as working out with others definitely motivated me to work harder and longer.
At the end of the six week program I was sad that it was over even though my results were amazing and I had so much fun getting into shape, I didn't want it to end. I lost 16 pounds in total and a few inches all over, I was so excited to try on my wedding dress again and see just how much I lost. I have tried many diets and exercise programs before and they were all roller costars and I never got the result I received by joining Survivor Bootcamp, and I definitely will be joining again!
