Bio : The 4 requirements of a good Personal Trainer are education, personal experience, practical exercise knowledge and fitness passion. Michelle Parks has a bachelor's degree in management and spent numerous years in the corporate world unfulfilled, unmotivated and uninspired. Knowing her true passion was health and wellness, Michelle left the corporate world and jumped in to the fitness industry. She is now a certified fitness trainer through the ISSA and owns and operates numerous locations as a franchise partner with Survivor Bootcamp. Michelle walks the walk but hasn't always. Instead of gaining the freshman 15, she gained 30 lbs. Michelle truly understands what it's like to be unfit and unhealthy. She also knows that through a change of attitude, proper nutrition and exercise you can reclaim your life! Michelle's personal approach and undeniable passion and enthusiasm for health and well-being will motivate you. Michelle focuses on you, your strengths, your weaknesses, and your fitness goals. Michelle LOVES the great outdoors. She is an avid cyclist (mountain, road and cross-country), a long distance runner, a snowboarder, a hiker and has competed in numerous half marathons and triathlons.
