About Us
Founded in winter of 2003, we have grown into a multi-location Boot Camp training company. This is what we do and we do it the best picking up several "Best Boot Camp" honors along the way..
We aim to motivate and encourage through positive reinforcement and feedback. It's amazing the changes and experiences people have when they come through our program.
Our mission is to provide a fun-filled exercise program that is designed to challenge and motivate its participants. We want to share and expose as many people to the experience of a fitter and healthier lifestyle. We want to help people build on active living; we encourage everyone to adopt this creed and enjoy lifelong fitness.
Our goal is to promote fitness and its many benefits to individuals of all ages. Join our small classes and you will run, hike, weight train, develop core strength through Pilates, and sweat through a fun and intense circuit every week.
