Bootcamper of the Month - Sharon

"The ad in the paper caught my eye. "We Kick Butt (yours)" it proclaimed loudly and boldly. Could I? Would I? Should I? I asked myself. A resounding yes came back in answer: this was what my 50- year old butt needed - some serious kicking. Well, if I didn't like it, I could quit....
4-weeks later it is all over and I can't wait for the next session. It has been a literal whirlwind of fun with generous helpings of huffing and puffing, groaning, grunting, and yes, I will admit, some throwing of daggers at the trainers in my mind's eye.
The entire experience was awesome - pushing myself to the limit and feeling good about it, no one was left behind. So what if I couldn't walk after the first week? Walking is overrated anyway.....
In 4-weeks I lost over 5 inches and the improvements in my fit tests were incredible. I feel great, have tons of energy and can now (usually) say no to chocolate with little regret! Survivor Bootcamp is a blast and I would recommend it without hesitation to anyone, young or old, fit or not. I know I'll be back!
