What is Survivor BootCamp?
Survivor BootCamp is a great way to kick-start your fitness. We offer 1 hour of training a day – either 2, 3 or 5 days a week – for 4, 5 or 6 weeks. We come to you – to your workplace or a park nearby and basically kick your butt. You name the time – morning, lunch hour or even after work. Each week consists of weight and circuit training, cardio, jogging and tons of FUN!
We aim to motivate and encourage through positive reinforcement and feedback. Our mission is
to provide a fun-filled program designed to challenge and motivate you. We promote fitness and
its many benefits to individuals of all ages and genders. It's amazing the changes and
experiences people have when they come through our program.
Our mission is to share and expose as many people to the experience of a fitter and healthier
lifestyle. Our philosophy is built on active living; we encourage everyone to adopt this creed and
enjoy lifelong fitness and health. A professional instructor will come to your workplace and
encourage your group to exercise to their fullest as well as providing:
• A 7 point body measurement at the start and end of each session
• A 5 part fit testing at the start and end of each session
• Nutritional tips as well as setting individual heath and wellness goals
Why should your group join?
Working out with your co-workers is a great way to get to know each other and build relationships
to help improve your working environment. It’s also a great way to make improvements in your
overall physical appearance and well-being. You’ll feel more energized in your everyday life, and
will look and feel more confident about your body.
How soon will you see results?
Performance improvement can take place in as little as three days. "Visual Improvement" can take from two to four weeks depending on your effort level. It is common to see as much as 3-8 pounds of weight loss without diet adjustments. A 25%-50% increase in endurance and cardio is to be expected. Remember, everyone is different so results will vary.

Yoga mat and a set of weights (5 lbs for women, and 8lbs for men).
Cost:
8-12 people 10% posted rates | 12-20 people 15% off posted rates
We also sell yoga mats and weights and can provide on the first day of class.
