Do I need to be in shape for BootCamp?
No, absolutely not. This program is specifically designed to meet the needs of inactive and active adults. The scope of the program is aimed at whipping you into shape by exposing you to a comprehensive fitness program. We are here to motivate and encourage you to do your best and to push yourself to that next level.
What happens when I sign up?
A confirmation email will be sent to you immediately.
What if I have to miss a day?
If you have to miss a class, make arrangements in advance to attend a later class that same day.
May I attend different class times to fit my schedule?
Yes, within your location.
Is there shelter from rain or bad weather?
Most of our locations have shelter and light if we need to take cover during bad weather.
What results should I expect?
Muscle and strength gain, better sleep, better endurance by 25% - 50%. You will also gain self-esteem, lose inches, lose pounds/body fat. The list goes on.
How soon will I see results?
"Performance Improvement" can take place in as little as three days. "Visual Improvement" can take from 2 to 4 weeks depending on your effort level. It is common to see as much as 3-8 pounds of weight loss without diet adjustment. Remember, everyone is different, if you put in 100%, you'll get out 100%!
Who should join BootCamp?
If you are looking to make improvements in your overall physical appearance and well-being, you're at the right place! You will feel more energized in your everyday life and you will look and feel more confident about yourself.
Do we have a fitness assessment?
Yes indeed, we want to track your progress! Fitness assessments consist of a 5 part fit test and a 6 point body measurements, that takes place on the first Monday and Last Friday of BootCamp. Attendance is mandatory, as we don't want you to miss your assessments.
What is your refund policy?
We do not refund payment. However, we will defer any unused portion of your BootCamp to another date. If you miss a day here and there during BootCamp you will not be credited these days unless previously arranged.
What kind of people are at BootCamp?
People from all age groups, fit or sedentary you will find them at BootCamp. Your trainer is prepared to help everyone work out to his or her 100% maximum level.
What about holidays?
We work through holidays, fitness and activity sees no holidays.
What is a FlexPass?
A FlexPass is a 12 day pass to attend BootCamp any 12 days during a one month cycle.
Will I feel sore or achy?
We expect that most individuals will feel some muscle discomfort or soreness but this will be alleviated by the bodies' strength gaining.
Will I need new shoes?
That would depend on the wear of your current shoes. We have several links to running and cross training companies who can guide you in the right direction.
May I bring my dog?
Your animal friend is welcome to come leashed and you must abide by city bylaws to the jogging/power walking portions of BootCamp and ONLY if other participants don't mind. (Some people have a real fear of animals) Dog owners are strictly required to clean up after their dogs.
What will I do after camp?

What if I want to take it to the next level?
We also offer personal training for those individuals who wish to go further.
